Description
Since 1958, the land of Poggio di Guardia was not cultivated and left to rest for over 40 years to allow for the accumulation of organic matter.
The first parcel of 1.1 hectares was completed in 2006. Vines were planted without working or fertilising the soil, taking great care to preserve the organic equilibrium nature had created.
The mission is always to create an exclusive winery with limited production in which the land is allowed to speak through the wines produced instead of the production processes.
