Kilo Wines prides itself on providing a friendly, flexible, hassle free service to the trade. We want to take the fuss out of wine whilst at the same time providing your company with all the information, professional advice and recommendations that you require to ensure you have a wine list which perfectly suits your business and your customers.

Whatever your business requirements, whether it be a simple range of accessible wines, or a sophisticated list to impress your most knowledgeable wine customers, Kilo offers a range of wines which will satisfy all. Our wines are sourced directly from small independent family wineries across Italy, and are imported directly into our cellar in Leicester. None of our wine selection are found in supermarkets or multiple retailers, and we want to keep it that way. Our reputation relies on the quality and exclusivity of our wine, so we keep our range select, to ensure we only supply wines which we are happy to put the name Kilo Wines against.

Kilo offers delivery terms to suit your requirements whether it be regular scheduled drops or a last minute next day requirement when you are running low on a best seller. Ordering is made simple whether it be by phone, text, email or via the website. We can even arrange for a weekly phone call to check out your requirements. You can order as much or as little as you like with our minimum order being as little as 12 bottles.

Kilo won’t just supply you wine and leave you to it. We can provide detailed technical information on all of our wines to support your sales, offer training and sales advice to your staff, and can even provide tasting opportunities which your business can host in order to promote our products with your customers. Kilo Wines Terms and Conditions of sale


It is our intention to offer you fantastic wines with a personal service to match. If any of our service falls below the standard you would expect of us, please let us know and we will try our very best to rectify any problems quickly and professionally.

General Terms

By purchasing a product from us, you agree that you are bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

All products are sold “as-is”, without any representations or warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or other description of physical condition. Despite this, if there is any problem with a product or delivery from us, please contact us and we shall endeavor to help in whatever way we can.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as your and our respective rights and obligations hereunder, shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. You consent to this exclusive jurisdiction with any product purchased from us. In no event shall our liability ever exceed the purchase price actually paid by you for such product.

Images used to represent products are intended for illustration purposes only, and are not necessarily true representations of the actual goods themselves. Prices and payment

Prices on the website are all exclusive of VAT and are inclusive of delivery.

The prices quoted are those valid at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alteration to the rate of VAT.

Please note that vintages are subject to change at any time – we will supply an ensuing vintage, without notice, when the quoted is no longer available.

Payment terms will be agreed at time of ordering. You will receive a pro forma invoice stating details for making payment which will be expected on or before the due date.

We reserve the right to charge a daily rate of 5% on any invoices
not paid in full by the due date.

Order Confirmation

You will be notified by email as soon as we receive your order. If we have any queries regarding your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. If there are any disparities between the details that you have given us and records held to check against fraud, we may not dispatch goods until you have returned any queries that we have made to the contact details you have given.

We cannot guarantee availability of all products. In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable when you place your order, we shall contact you to arrange replacement, or another acceptable arrangement for the completion of your order.

We reserve the right not to accept any order.

Delivery

The goods you order will be delivered to the delivery address you give when you place your order.

If you have provided a delivery address that is not a mainland UK address or is an address outside the UK an additional delivery charge may apply to that stated, therefore we will contact you and provide you with a quote.

Orders can be dispatched the day after your order is placed and are usually delivered the following working day. We guarantee deliveries within 3 working days unless stated.

We shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the goods during transit unless, (a) A comment is made to the delivery driver and recorded at time of delivery (b) You notify us of any loss or damage within 3 working days of receipt (c) All packaging is retained for inspection or photographic evidence is provided.

We may use a courier such as APC Parcelrite to deliver you order. If you are unavailable to receive your parcel when the courier arrives to deliver, they will leave the parcel in a safe place (if you specify one when you place your order). If you do not specify a safe place the courier will leave a card to let you know delivery was attempted and to request you contact them for redelivery.

Returns

We will provide a full refund or replacement for any wines that are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We may require faulty bottles to be returned to us. We will arrange this as necessary at your convenience.

Privacy/Security

We hold the highest respect for our customers and guarantee our commitment to your privacy. We do not sell any of the information provided by you to any other institutions. By registering with us and/or buying products from us online, you will automatically be added to our mailing list, but you do have the option to unsubscribe. If at any time you would like to be removed from our list, simply click the unsubscribe button in the email or contact us, and you will be removed immediately. We will not share your information. It will be used for keeping you up to date on information, events and offers linked to Kilo Wines.

Cancellations and Complaints

In the event of complaint please contact us. All complaints will be acknowledged.
